QUOTE: "Afghanistan May, the world's leading producer of heroin, but the government has taken the first step towards banning smoking in public places ...... The reports did not say how the government would monitor the embargo or sanctions for rapists ..... war-torn Afghanistan will produce more than 90 percent of the heroin in the world, and get saved, despite repeated efforts by the government through violence and tens of millions of dollars from donor countries, drug cultivation and consumption every year. Far from calling me, it is still illegal in Afghanistan, poppy cultivation, which are the base ingredient of heroin. The first ban was the only good thing about the Taliban who authorities.
Try all cultures, in which people try to kill, and the only income of farmers record is the poppy.
Not as easy as the standard in Kabul, which is really the only part of the whole area effectively controlled by the Afghan government.
