I am 6 wks pregnant and i suffer from psoriasis, should i stop using my cortisteriod creams? - psoriasis and babies

I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and suffering from psoriasis. I am currently scalp and fluocinolone cream and cream of tar cortisteriod for my body. I wonder if you should stop the cream for my psoriasis into account the risks to my baby. I'm at a loss, given the risks and benefits for me. I havent seen a gynecologist for the answer. What should I do?
